Instead of the troublesome manual control of Tax Statement/Declaration notifications, which is very important for the HR and accounting departments, Workcube speeds up this process and facilitates your month-end reconciliation periods. According to the General Communiqué of the Tax Procedure Law, tax deductions, insurance premiums, missing days and codes, entry and exit from work for your insured employees is automatically uploaded to the Tax Statement/Declaration page according to the data you have saved in your system during the month. In the Workcube Declaration module, you can prepare the file format that you will upload to the Revenue Administration with a single click, and if you wish, you can also perform your detailed controls.

With the Declarations module, which is a part of the Workcube HR Solution, instead of manually entering the SSI screens, you save time and energy by uploading the file prepared automatically for your employees, for which you make information and wage records from the Workcube entry and exit screens to the SSI system. You can use special filters for your Norm staff, SSI workforce notification, or employee profile analysis studies. You can export or print all your forms and declarations prepared in accordance with legal templates in XML, Excel, Word, or PDF format.
