An unlimited number of expense/income centers and income/expense items can be defined in the Workcube Expense Management module. Expense or income centers can be a branch office, department, key account, or project. It is possible to create a hierarchical structure by defining sub-centers to expense centers. Workcube expense and income transactions are fully integrated with the Workcube budget module. You can distribute your expenses and incomes to an unlimited number of budget items through an unlimited number of expense income centers, and you can manage your income and expenses with breakdowns, independent of accounting transactions.
