Multidimensionally manage your income and expenses through expense/income centers!

An unlimited number of expense/income centers and income/expense items can be defined in the Workcube Expense Management module. Expense or income centers can be a branch office, department, key account, or project. It is possible to create a hierarchical structure by defining sub-centers to expense centers. Workcube expense and income transactions are fully integrated with the Workcube budget module. You can distribute your expenses and incomes to an unlimited number of budget items through an unlimited number of expense income centers, and you can manage your income and expenses with breakdowns, independent of accounting transactions. Workcube performs the budget compliance control of your expense records automatically and enables them to be transferred to the budget with one click.

Expense and income records are recorded using expense and income receipts. Expenses and incomes are sized with these receipts, which are extremely simple to use. With Workcube process management tools, the registration, approval and finalization process of expense requests are defined step by step. Documents that emerge with the expense request process are easily approved and formalized. Expenses or incomes can be automatically distributed according to predetermined distribution rates to the dimensions in the receipts.
