Transfer positions between employees with one click!

With the position assignments transfer function, it is ensured that the tasks/actions of the employee in a position are transferred to the employee in another position, in case the employee in a position changes his/her position within the company or leaves the job. Thanks to this function, the transfer of the tasks/actions of the employee to another employee is carried out on a single screen.

List and check position supervisors and substitutes on a single screen!

From the Supervisors and Substitutes screen, you can select subordinates or employees to be commented on for a position within the Workcube role planning setup. This function provides backup for leave processes, performance evaluation processes or vacancies on Workcube.

Make your position assignments very easy with qualification definitions!

With the qualification function, you can specify qualification information and qualification level for the employees in your organization. This information can be used in actions such as assignment to a newly opened position or assignment to a vacant position. With this function of Workcube, you can easily find employees who are suitable for the desired qualifications and qualifications in internal rotations or assignments, and you can decide on the relevant action in a shorter time and in a healthier way.
