İkizler Aydınlatma has been among the leading companies in the lighting sector for almost half a century and meets customer demands with 100% domestic production in its factory in Sakarya / Turkiye. Problems and Needs

Before Workcube, the company used different software for accounting, production, and sales, which led to a lack of coordination in data collection and reporting, loss of workforce and customers, and delays in production. In 2023, an ERP search was initiated to solve these problems, and the company decided to work with Workcube.

Solution and Process

The ERP selection process was carried out meticulously, and the Workcube team responded quickly and devotedly to the company's needs. Thanks to Workcube's cloud-based structure and flexibility, the three different programs in the old system were integrated into Workcube. Data transfers were easily performed through Workcube's data mapping for data migration features and the services that provide this. Workcube's web-based nature and the absence of user number restrictions allowed easy access to production, field, and warehouse operations. 

Results and Gains

Thanks to the Workcube ERP solution, Ikizler Lighting reduced material input-output errors in warehouse management and gained the opportunity for automatic tracking and registration with shelf addresses using handheld terminals. Operations such as managing product trees (BOM) and opening product codes were accelerated. Errors in production could be instantly detected and reported. Traceability was provided in procurement processes, and all processes began to be managed through a single system. The Workcube team provided full support throughout the process, helping the company make a successful transition.
