With Workcube PAM, all kinds of information such as the place where the asset was purchased, warranty information, leasing or rental agreements, debit, service company information, periodic maintenance details, mileage control, fuel expenses, accident reports are recorded. Workcube PAM also works integrated with Accounting fixed asset management. Easy depreciation management and custom reports help you make well-informed business decisions.

Thanks to Workcube PAM, you can instantly know in which location, in which unit or branch office, by whom all your equipment and assets are used for which project, customer or business. Motor vehicle and fleet management screens allow you to track and manage all kinds of details such as mileage, fuel, fine, accident, user license information of all motor vehicles used within your organization. IT Asset management screens allow you to record information about both your software and hardware assets such as processor, memory, license number.

Collect and track digital data from your assets

You can label your physical assets by creating and printing barcodes or QRcodes in Workcube. With the integrations to be made through the IoT Gateway offered by Workcube, you can collect and process different data from your assets such as location, occupancy rate, pressure, energy consumption, operability, and remotely manage and control your physical assets by sending orders over this data.
