In this module, you make all basic definitions such as bill of materials, material requirements (BOM), workstations, capacity definitions, operations, version, revision, and alternative spec definitions, model definitions, quality performance criteria, and production pause types.

A multi-level BOM design display acts as a cockpit that you define and manage; raw materials and semi-finished products, operations, alternative products, and raw materials, production workflows, content and documents of the manufactured product, images, grades, quality control parameters, serial number and warranty information of the manufactured product, and the anticipated production cost of a unit product directly according to different production approaches.

When your orders come to the production stage, they go to the "Production Planning" screen to be given a production order. If you want, you can first create a production request, specify the material requirement list, convert your material needs into a delivery note, create a warehouse receipt instantly, or add a purchase request. Or you can send one or more orders directly to production. You can view and change the stations you defined as alternatives while creating the order. Workcube automates your order fulfillment processes.

With the scheduling screens, the current status of the workstations, delays, overloading, and capacity utilization rates can be monitored visually, and work orders can be easily transferred to different stations by the drag and drop method on visual screens if desired. The scheduling screen, which can be viewed on the basis of station, order, product, and production orders, facilitates your capacity planning and allows you to maximize the use of your production team, machine and workstation.
