All financial and accounting transactions are recorded in 3 dimensions in Workcube. These dimensions consist of Accounting, Current and Budget. In other words, accounting, current account and budget movements of all transactions are recorded at once. Also, each transaction has 3 currencies: Transaction currency, accounting/local currency, and system 2nd foreign currency. Thus, you provide a three-dimensional and three-currency control mechanism in your business.

Managing finance in Workcube is not just about cash, banks and current accounts. It includes detailed budget management, cost and income centers management in every breakdown, securities management, risk and collateral management, credit and limit management, cash flow planning through scenarios and much more. All these modules and processes work in integration with Workcube's other modules, providing you with instant and real-time data. In this way, you can accurately monitor your current and future financial situation with realistic data, analyze the financial structure correctly in the face of risky situations by making different scenarios and take the necessary precautions in advance.

The budget management module, which is a part of the Workcube ERP FAB solution, enables managers to reach targets in line with their strategic vision, under budget, with special reports and dashboards that show the financial picture of the institution on a single screen, and financial scenarios that can be created independently and in unlimited numbers. Planned/actual figures are always up-to-date in Workcube budget and cash management modules, which are part of an integrated system. Because all data entries made by other units of the institution are directly included as figures realized in these modules. Screens specially designed for managers enable managers to access all kinds of data they need to know in summary and holistic form, thus allowing them to see the big picture of their businesses more clearly.

Workcube accounting functions work in integration with transaction types in other Workcube modules (finance, invoice, etc.), ensuring error-free and automatic creation of accounting receipts. It facilitates the work of users with functions such as copying, combining receipts, editing the numbers of the receipts as desired. Financial statements prepared in accordance with the legislation can be exported in the desired format with a single click. You can create uniform charts of accounts in Workcube in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting System). This feature allows you to use Uniform Accounting and IFRS codes at the same time and to record simultaneously on a single transaction.
